Workplaces and Achievements 

Over the course of my career, I have held defining roles at Verizon, Sensity Systems, Eutecus, Grepton, Synergon, and in my own companies. My experience includes building startups, developing large-scale operations, supporting organizational transformation, driving international growth, and participating in successful company sale processes. My achievements include revenue and headcount growth, strategic partnership building, agile transformation, and the creation of scalable operating models, while also supporting the development of many colleagues and leaders through a mentoring-based leadership approach, many of whom now hold senior professional or executive positions.

 

This varied career path - navigating crises, leading organizational transformations, participating in acquisitions, and building my own business - gave me not only leadership experience, but also deeply human insight: how to make difficult decisions, find direction in uncertain situations, and come out of crises stronger. I now bring this same experience to people who are not in a corporate context, but who are facing difficult or uncertain periods in their own lives, helping them see their situation more clearly and make decisions with greater confidence.
