Studies
My academic background combines technical, managerial, and leadership perspectives. Starting from an engineering degree, I later expanded into management studies, an MBA, and professional development in coaching, mentoring, agile leadership, and organizational development. This combination helps me see the whole system, business logic, and human side at the same time.
These qualifications - my coaching and mentoring certifications, together with courses on wellbeing and human behaviour - form the foundation not only for my executive mentoring work, but also for the personal mentoring I offer. A deeper understanding of self-awareness, wellbeing, and human motivation is just as valuable when someone is looking for clarity and direction in other areas of their life.
