Which Service Is Right for You?
More than 30 years of leadership and life experience have evolved into two distinct mentoring practices, because people seek support in very different situations and with very different questions. Below is a brief introduction to both, to help you find the one that best fits where you are right now.
Executive mentoring for leaders who shape the future
Executivementor.co is for senior executives, business owners, and leaders who want to think more clearly and lead more effectively in their professional roles. With decades of leadership experience from startups to multinational organisations, I bring first hand experience to real business and human challenges, including strategic decisions, organisational transformation, crisis management, and leadership identity.

Personal mentoring for clearer thinking and personal growth
Mentoring.care is for anyone looking for support and a clearer perspective in different areas of life, from self awareness and identity to life direction and difficult personal decisions, regardless of whether they hold a leadership role. I bring the same attention, experience, and honesty to this work as I do to executive mentoring. The focus simply shifts from organisational results to your own path.
What is mentoring?
International Mentoring Center (IMC) defines mentoring as “Mentoring is a collaborative, dialogic and reflective learning relationship characterized by mutually inspirational learning agreements and shared responsibilities. This relationship is designed to facilitate individuals’ or teams’ personal and professional development, fostering awareness, expanding choices and enhancing capabilities.”
